Boulevard of Destiny

Boulevard of Destiny

Since time immemorial, it has been evident that if we dedicate our life to the craft we are passionate about, we are never frustrated by it, even if we are enslaved by somebody, provided we are given the condition to work for it. Yet, in this highly competitive world, it is very difficult to get an opportunity to break through, as there is a lack of evidence that you would be equally loyal to your craft and also be a profitable/beneficial investment to the employer.

The world is very transactional; it runs on the basis of supply and demand, and the availability of feasible transactional supplies that could benefit both or multiple parties involved. Today, being both on the job seeker and profile screener side, I was enlightened by many valuable yet eye-opening insights.

We yield what we seek and perceive, and we wield what we consume and spend. The context of the narrative is that we get the result of our assumptions and preconceived thoughts, which keep us reluctant in making or taking some moves—sometimes rightly so. People, throughout their lives, out of anxiety or toxic curiosity, never reveal what they are up to, and hence, they never get what they aspired to and worked for.

Meanwhile, people who are not that skilled, who commit mistakes yet are curious to see what the end product will be, are always welcomed. Curiosity among new learners to practice is always welcomed. They may be rebuked sometimes, yet their correction work and resilience hone them into a better version of themselves.

Identifying your flaws first is important, and accepting them follows. Narcissists always fail at the first step. The fact is, if something isn't written in your destiny, that would never happen, because something else is written. Embracing that “else” is always a beautiful metamorphosis. That’s what my takeaway from this calendar year has been. Because that “else” phases us through a magical journey, proving that we should never distrust the author of our destiny.

Atheists have a different point of view and shall never fall into this trap. They are the co-incidental believers, so the query of destiny never arises in their minds.

My present self shall always pat the aspirant self on the back for the frantic efforts he made and try to console him for not giving up. Yet, I will also sensitize him to the beautiful time he had then. Meanwhile, somewhere, the future self is waiting for the same iteration. These are the alter-dimensional thoughts of mine, jotted down. The reason being, the vibe was of a different frequency, hence I shared.
